For every mountain…

There isn’t a one of us that can in anyway fathom the hand of our almighty God.
We get so hung up in the now that we never have to think to the things that the powerful name of Jesus has already saved us from.
Think of the things that you spent all of last week worrying over that never came to pass. Sleepless nights, tears shed all for nothing.
Last night the choir sang, “For every mountain You’ve brought me over, for every trial You’ve seen me through. For every blessing, hallelujah, for this I give you praise.”
The faithful are called to give thanks to God for everything and not only to be thankful but to rejoice.
The Bible says, “Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!" -Psalm 95:2
Faithful believer, have you praised Him this morning? Have you thanked Him for the things that didn’t happen? Have you thanked Him for the mountains that you didn’t have to climb, the valleys that you didn’t have to endure? Have you thanked Him for the ones who pour into your lives? Have you praised Him when He brought healing and comfort, no matter the form it takes?
We have a challenge this morning and that is to find and receive more from the Lord. He wants to give us more.
Start now.
“For every mountain You’ve brought me over, for every trial You’ve seen me through. For every blessing, hallelujah, for this I give you praise.”
I love you
