You know what? God is always in control. Now, He doesn’t always control how we perceive things or the way even that we see them. Still, He is there. He goes before us to flatten the hills and straighten the curves that we may drive straight through to our victory.There’s an old song that says “Someday the mountain might gettem but the Law never will.” I want to make that, “Someday the grave might get me but the devil never will.” Until then, I’m just gonna keep getting it. Isaiah prophesied that no weapon formed against me will prosper and that every tongue that rises against me, the Lord will condemn. Woo-hoo! So, if you’re with me today, you’d best be hanging on!
And that song gonna hit some of you in a minute and you’ll be a day or two getting the tune out of your head. lol.
The Bible says, “Then the hand of the LORD came upon Elijah [giving him supernatural strength]. He girded up his loins and outran Ahab to the entrance of Jezreel [nearly twenty miles]. Old Ahab was in a chariot!!!
Be encouraged. Sometimes, like Elijah, you just gotta stand on the gas! The hand of God is upon those who are His today.
