Proclaiming…or, just claiming?

To proclaim something is to declare it as intensely important to you. You don’t just talk a big game. You walk it out as a part of who you are. We proclaim Jesus in action and word.

You know…a lion never has to say that he’s a lion. 🦁

Claiming is to state something as true without even producing a shred of proof or evidence. They will always take the credit for someone else’s work.

It’s the foolish who listens only to himself.

Jesus even said that people talk a lot about Him but the reality is that they are far from Him.

May as well face it. Talk is cheap. And you might not hear this often but, you are right. Folks don’t listen. Your children don’t. Your spouse doesn’t. Your extended family, your friends and co-workers…no one listens.

They watch.😳 They consider the whole of who you are. They watch how your preaching works for you. Judgy? You better believe they are. But, even that won’t matter if you’re living it.

Besides, if one person is saved by your testimony, it’ll have been worth it all.

Have a great night!

Go to church tomorrow 😊
