Repetition.
Don’t just hate when people repeat themselves? Over and over. Gets to the point that you could tell their story if you had to.
Sometimes, that is the point.
I have a friend that when he talks about getting saved, I can tell you the date before he gets there.
Repetition.
The Apostle Paul ascribed to a bit of repetition as he told the Gospel story. After all, he did write most of the New Testament.
He just kept adding layers as his work for the Lord evolved. This is especially important as we tell people how faith in Jesus has enabled change to come to our lives.
Repetition.
There may be times that we think that our story is being told the same way, to the same people while never giving thought to the fact that our testimony much like the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is a living story. Ever evolving. Ever changing. Layers added. Something new. Every day. It could be that just when you think you've told it too often, someone may have just started listening.
Repetition.
In order for the Gospel to be effective, it must be consumed. And you have to feed them.
Keep telling your story.
